Wedding Day Management

For the couple who’s done the planning but wants a pro to pull it all together.

With support starting 8 weeks before your big day, I’ll step in to manage the final details and ensure your wedding runs smoothly. Relax and enjoy the magic—you’ve earned it!

- Coordination begins 8 weeks before your wedding date
- Customized day-of timeline for vendors and bridal party
- Wedding day coordination (up to 12 hours)
- Vendor and family/friends management
- Guidance, advice, and vendor recommendations as needed
- Oversee ceremony and reception setup
- Coordinate ceremony activities and reception highlights (grand entrance, first dance, speeches, etc.)
- Assist with setup of personal items (seating chart, centerpieces, dinner place cards, etc.)
- Assist bridal party and family for photographs
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors as needed
- Availability of the “wedding day emergency kit”
- Coordinate wedding rehearsal (up to 1 hour, if available)
- Assist with cleanup (until 11 pm)
