Wedding Day Management

For the couple who’s done the planning but wants a pro to pull it all together.

With support starting 8 weeks before your big day, I’ll step in to manage the final details and ensure your wedding runs smoothly. Relax and enjoy the magic—you’ve earned it!

    • Coordination begins 8 weeks before your wedding date

    • Customized day-of timeline for vendors and bridal party

    • Wedding day coordination (up to 12 hours)

    • Vendor and family/friends management

    • Guidance, advice, and vendor recommendations as needed

    • Oversee ceremony and reception setup

    • Coordinate ceremony activities and reception highlights (grand entrance, first dance, speeches, etc.)

    • Assist with setup of personal items (seating chart, centerpieces, dinner place cards, etc.)

    • Assist bridal party and family for photographs

    • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors as needed

    • Availability of the “wedding day emergency kit”

    • Coordinate wedding rehearsal (up to 1 hour, if available)

    • Assist with cleanup (until 11 pm)
